Refund & Returns Policy

At Gordon's Herbals, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and shipping each order. Due to the nature of our products (including consumable and personal-care goods), we maintain a strict return policy to protect product safety, quality control, and customer well-being. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1) All Sales Final / No Returns After Shipment

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for products once an order has shipped. This applies to all items, including (but not limited to) teas, tonics, herbs, skincare, and other wellness-related products.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

While we do not accept returns, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit, when eligible.

  • Information Needed: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and your preferred resolution (replacement or store credit).
  • Photo Evidence Required: Attach clear photos of:
    • the item(s) received,
    • any damage or defect,
    • the external packaging, and
    • the shipping label (if applicable).
  • Resolution: After review, we may issue a replacement (when available) or provide store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled only when required by law or at our sole discretion.

3) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or ships.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4) Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges once orders have shipped.

5) Shipping Issues / Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with the next steps (carrier inquiry, claim guidance, or other support). Replacement or credit eligibility may depend on carrier confirmation and shipping address accuracy.

6) Refused Packages & Return-to-Sender

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Once the package is returned and inspected, we may offer reshipment or store credit at our discretion, minus any shipping/handling charges incurred.

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We maintain documentation including order records, shipping confirmation, tracking updates, and customer communications.
